Solarino opened with a bang on Sunday August 24 2008 to an agreeable crowd of food lovers and friends.

The Prosecco was poured, and guests nibbled on specially created tasters and tempters so everyone could sample flavours from the new and exciting menu.  It was a chilly afternoon in Melbourne but everyone was warm and well fed at our very special opening.
